Nina Guerra, M.A.
Lead | USMC Veteran | Tillman Scholar
Nina Guerra is a United States Marine Corps veteran who served ten years, cultivating a deep passion for leadership, resilience, and community service. During her service, she worked alongside diverse agencies and special operations forces, strengthening her ability to lead across cultures and adapt to complex challenges.
Connecting her experiences, she founded Rustic Ranch Equine-Assisted Wellness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and community members through the healing power of the human–horse connection. Since 2021, she has served as Executive Director, guiding the organization’s mission of connection, healing, and growth.
Nina earned her M.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2022 and M.A. in Clinical Psychology in 2024. Her professional focus includes trauma-informed care, holistic wellness, mindfulness, and cognitive performance. She combines these areas of expertise with her leadership background to help individuals and teams thrive. She is also trained in plant medicine integration coaching, guiding individuals with intention as they navigate change.
As a leader, mentor, and coach, Nina is committed to fostering critical thinking, confident decision-making, and sustainable growth.
